Are these genuine Pelican cases?

Absolutely. We source direct from Pelican Products, inc. So every case carries the lifetime "you break it, we replace it" warranty.

Do the cases ship with foam or TrekPak?

Check the product title: "with Pick 'n' Pluck Foam" or "with Divider Set/TrekPak Insert" means the insert is included. Bare shells list "Case only" so you can customise.

Which models are carry-on compliant?

The 1510, 1535 Air and 1450 fit most airline overhead bins (56 x 36 x 23cm or smaller). Always confirm with your carrier for regional jets.

How watertight are they?

IP67: submersible to 1m for 30min and dust-proof. An automatic pressure valve equalises during cabin-pressurisation without compromising the seal.

Can I retrofit TrekPak into an older case?

Yes. Order the TrekPak kit that matches your cased model number (eg. 1500, 1560 etc). It includes pre-cut walls, pins and a blade for custom spacing.

The workhorses of the camera department. The Peli 1450 and 1510 are airline cabin-friendly, making them the go-to choice for ACs travelling with lens kits, follow-focus systems or a compact camera build. The 1510 in particular is one of the most popular Peli cases in the UK film industry.

When you need more depth or a wider footprint. The Peli 1560 is a favourite for full lens sets and matte box packages, while the 1600 handles larger builds that won't fit in carry-on sizes. All feature fold-down handles and the same IP67 watertight seal.

Full-production cases for complete camera packages, lighting rigs or multi-lens setups. The Peli 1620 and 1650 come with heavy-duty wheels and a retractable handle, designed to survive checked luggage, freight and the back of a unit truck.

Inserts, Foam & Organiser Options

Every Peli case in our range is available with foam included, or as a bare shell so you can choose your own interior setup. We also stock TrekPak divider systems and lid organisers separately. This is useful if your case needs have changed or you want to upgrade an existing Pelican case with a better internal layout.

Pick 'n' Pluck Foam

Best for: fixed kit that rarely changes

Pre-scored foam that you tear out to the shape of your equipment. Simple, quick, and gives a snug fit. Included with most Peli case + foam bundles. Great when your gear stays the same between jobs.

TrekPak Divider System

Best for: kit that changes between jobs

Rigid divider walls with a pin-and-panel design that lets you reconfigure the internal layout in minutes. Comes with lid foam, base foam, divider panels, pins and a cutting tool. Available for most Peli case sizes from 1150 through to 1650.

Lid Organisers

Best for: tools, expendables & small accessories

Pouched panels that attach inside the lid, turning dead space into organised storage for markers, tape, allen keys, batteries and other AC essentials. We stock mesh pocket, clear pocket and Camera Essentials lid organisers for cases from the 1400 upwards.
