Questions
How does buy 4, get 1 free work?
Add any five patches to your cart and the fifth comes off automatically. Ten patches gets two free, fifteen gets three, and so on. There is no code to enter.
Do the five have to be the same design?
No. Any mix of designs from the patch range counts, including the landmark patches. Stickers and pin badges have their own buy 4, get 1 free offers, counted separately, so they do not count toward five patches.
How do I attach it?
Sew it on, or fix it with fabric glue or tape. It suits jackets, bags, pouches and cases.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; after 1pm, the next business day. UK standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days with a signature, or choose Express for guaranteed next business day. International orders ship worldwide; duties and taxes are charged locally on delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving it to request a return, unused and in its original packaging. Email info@panastoreonline.co.uk to start one. EU customers also have the 14 day right of withdrawal.
