Questions
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The shell is waterproof polyester and the seams are taped, so water cannot get through the stitching. The fabric is windproof too. This is the jacket for a wet day on location; the softshell and the bomber are water resistant rather than waterproof.
Is it warm?
It is fleece lined, so it works as a winter jacket as well as a raincoat. On a mild wet day it will be warm over a tee; in winter it layers over a sweatshirt.
Where is the hood?
Rolled into the collar. Unzip the collar to pull it out when the rain starts, and tuck it away again when it stops, so the jacket keeps its bomber shape the rest of the time.
Which size should I order?
Sizes run Small to 3XL. For garment measurements, email info@panastoreonline.co.uk and we will send them. If you plan to wear it over a sweatshirt, go up a size.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; after 1pm, the next business day. UK standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days with a signature, or choose Express for guaranteed next business day. International orders ship worldwide; duties and taxes are charged locally on delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving it to request a return, unworn and in its original packaging. Email info@panastoreonline.co.uk to start one. EU customers also have the 14 day right of withdrawal.
